In our sessions, we’ll work together to understand the root causes of your anxiety and develop effective coping strategies. Through a supportive and personalised approach, I aim to help you reduce anxiety, manage stress, and regain a sense of calm and control.
PARENTING DIFFICULTIES
Parenting can be incredibly rewarding but also challenging, especially when faced with behavioral issues or emotional difficulties in children. With my experience working in a children's residential home, I bring a unique understanding of family dynamics and child development. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies to manage parenting stress, improve communication, and support your child’s emotional well-being, helping to create a more harmonious family environment.
DEPRESSION
Depression can feel overwhelming and isolating, affecting all areas of life. In our sessions, we’ll explore the root causes of your depression and work together to develop personalised strategies for managing symptoms. Through a compassionate, supportive approach, I aim to help you regain a sense of control, improve your mood, and foster lasting emotional resilience.
STRESS & TRAUMA
Stress and trauma can have lasting effects on your emotional and physical well-being. In our sessions, I provide a safe and compassionate environment to help you process difficult experiences and develop tools to manage overwhelming emotions. Together, we’ll work on building resilience, reducing the impact of stress, and promoting healing from past traumas.
ANGRY OUTBURSTS
Frequent angry outbursts can strain relationships and disrupt daily life. In counselling, we’ll explore the triggers and underlying emotions driving your anger. By developing healthier ways to express and manage anger, you can improve emotional regulation and foster better communication with those around you, creating more positive interactions and a calmer mindset.
